We accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items only.

  • Return window: Buyers must contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Condition: Item must be unused and in original condition, unless it arrived damaged or incorrect

  • Return shipping cost: We will cover return shipping or replacement costs for confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help make it right.

Made-to-Order Merch

Some Twilight Grove items — including select apparel, hats, stickers, and other branded merchandise — are made to order and may ship separately from other Twilight Grove products.

Because these items are produced specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color, buyer’s remorse, or ordering mistakes.

If your merch item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll work to make it right.
